Meet The Doctor
Dr. Elisa Brantly has been a resident of San Angelo since 2011 serving the men and women here as a board-certified surgeon. As she ages herself, she has since found a new love for aesthetics. With experience as a surgeon since 2005, she has trained at the American Board of Aesthetic Medicine with other physicians to become proficient and knowledgeable in the latest techniques and technologies. She aims to provide an exceptional experience with natural results that make you feel your best.
As a urologist, Dr. Brantly has always been passionate about helping patients improve their overall health and wellness, and not solely focus on their surgical needs. She one of only a few Menopause Society Certified providers in the area. She is excited to be able to share this passion for wellness with her patients at Peak Aesthetics and Wellness in a capacity that she never could before.
About Our Facial Aesthetician
Originally from Massachusetts, Jaime brings over 8 years of experience in aesthetics and a true passion for helping people look and feel their best. As both our Spa Coordinator and a skilled Aesthetician, she’s often the friendly voice you hear when you call our office and the warm welcome that greets you when you walk through our doors.
Jaime moved to San Angelo a year ago with her two beloved dogs to be closer to family, and has since made it home with her husband. She’s dedicated to creating a relaxing, supportive environment for every patient, whether you’re a seasoned skincare enthusiast or brand new to facials. Her goal is always the same: to make you feel comfortable, cared for, and confident in your skin.
About Our Lash, Brow and Waxing Specialist
RyeLe is a licensed aesthetician who is passionate about helping people feel confident in their own skin. After completing aesthetician school, she found her place at Peak where she specializes in lash lifts and tints, brow laminations, and full body waxing.
Behind the scenes, RyeLe keeps everything running smoothly. She sets up and assists in all of Dr. Brantly’s appointments and ensures all of our clients are comfortable and well prepared for their procedures. From hands-on treatments to the little things no one sees, she’s a big part of what creates the seamless experience you can expect from Peak.

Stephanie is the warm, welcoming face and friendly voice of Peak Aesthetics & Wellness. As our Spa Coordinator, she is dedicated to making every interaction feel effortless and personal — whether she’s answering your questions, booking your next appointment, or simply making sure you feel at home the moment you walk through our doors.
Outside the spa, Stephanie is a proud mom of two energetic teenage boys who keep her life full of laughter (and plenty of new vocabulary). When she’s not at Peak, you’ll find her stargazing, snacking on chips and salsa, or exploring new destinations.
